1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on AKKOU are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns. Please double-check your selection before completing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will investigate your claim and, if verified, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Important Notes

Minor variations in color, texture, or print may occur due to natural production processes. These are not considered defects.
