AKKOU – Terms & Policies

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on AKKOU are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns. Please double-check your selection before completing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will investigate your claim and, if verified, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


3. Investigation Process

To process a claim for damaged or defective products, please provide:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review and determine the next steps.


4. Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or print may occur due to natural production processes. These are not considered defects.

  • Any claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
